Monthly monitoring

We watch model accuracy, data drift and pipeline health. You get a summary report every Friday and immediate alerts if accuracy drops below your threshold.

Need to connect another platform after the initial build? Each additional integration includes API mapping, testing and documentation.

Training workshop

£650 per session

A half-day workshop for up to 10 people. We cover how the models work, how to interpret their outputs and what to do when something looks off. Delivered via video call or on-site in the UK.

Data labelling

From £0.08 / item

If your training data needs manual labelling (image tags, sentiment labels, entity annotations), our in-house annotation team handles it with a two-round quality check.

Common questions

FAQ

How long does a typical Starter project take?

Most Starter engagements run four to six weeks from the first call to a live, deployed model. The two-week discovery audit happens first, then we spend two to four weeks on model development, testing and deployment.

Do I need to prepare my data before we start?

Not necessarily. The discovery audit exists precisely to assess what shape your data is in. If cleaning or restructuring is needed, we handle it as part of the project. The only thing we ask is read access to the relevant databases or exports.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-project?

Yes. We will credit what you have already paid toward the Growth fee and adjust the scope accordingly. We have done this for about a third of our Starter clients once they see early results and want to expand.

What happens after the post-launch support period ends?

You own everything we built: the code, the models, the documentation. If you want ongoing monitoring and maintenance, you can add our monthly monitoring package at £480 per month. There is no lock-in; you can cancel any month.

Are there any hidden costs?

Cloud compute and hosting costs are the main variable. We estimate these during discovery and include them in our proposal. For most Starter and Growth projects, cloud costs run between £30 and £150 per month depending on data volume and inference frequency.

How do I pay?

We invoice in two instalments: 50% at project kick-off and 50% on delivery. Enterprise clients can arrange monthly billing. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
